Tutorials

Registration fee is $50 for a single tutorial, $90 for two. You can register for tutorials without registering for the conference. Further information on the nature of the tutorials being offered at the ASSC9 meeting can be found on our tutorial page.

Conference Dinner

The conference dinner will be held on Sunday, 26th of June at Caltech. The price is $50, which includes the cost of alcohol. A vegetarian option will be available.

You are welcome to bring a guest to the dinner. To register your guest simply log in again, write a note in the field below stating that you are registering a friend for the banquet and pay the dinner-only fee, 50 USD). Children under 12 years of age can attend the banquet at 50% of the cost of an adult, children under two years of age can attend for free.

McDonnell Neurophilosophy Conference

Registrants for the ASSC9 conference receive a 25% discount for attending the McDonnell Neurophilosophy meeting to be held immediately before ASSC9.

People who want to benefit from this discount need to:

  1. Register for ASSC9 first.
  2. Send a copy of the confirmation receipt.
  3. Register for the Neurophilosophy conference, choosing the ASSC9 discount option.

Refund

The conference registration fee for ASSC9 can be refunded, minus a 10% processing fee. For a refund, please send email to assc9@klab.caltech.edu.
Notice: No refund will be possible after June 25, 2005.


Satellite Meeting

Participants who register for ASSC9 will NOT have to re-register for the Problems of Space and Time in Perception and Action satellite meeting. If you have any further questions, please contact Romi Nijhawan at romin@sussex.ac.uk.
