Poster format will be A0, preferrably 'landscape' orientation.
Poster presenters can set up their poster on the morning of the day of their session (before the lectures start), or during the coffee break between the morning sessions.
Paper presentations
LCD projectors and computers (IBM type) will be standardly available, as well as overhead projectors. We strongly prefer that powerpoint presenters use the computers available, rather than connect their own machine. Powerpoint presenters should e-mail their presentation to assc8@vub.ac.be. There should be no problem with Mac compatibility for Powerpoint files (Mr. Gates assures us). It will be possible to hand over the presentation on CD or memory stick at the conference, but that is meant to be the exception, rather than the rule.
