May 2003 will be a hectic period for Memphis due to the annual Memphis in May festival. We encourage you to make your hotel reservation as early as possible. In order to assist you, we have reserved blocks of rooms in two hotels and in one dormitory for the ASSC7 Conference guests. The hotels described below have been selected for their excellent service and proximity to the Conference activities. We encourage you to make the necessary arrangements by calling the contact numbers listed below. The Holiday Inn:

The Holiday Inn, an integral part of the Wilson School of Hospitality & Resort Management at the University of Memphis offers it all -- quality, comfort and convenience. Located just a block away from the venue of the Conference, this hotel also provides complimentary shuttle service from the Memphis International Airport. We have reserved the entire hotel (82 rooms) for the duration of the Conference at the discounted ASSC7 rate.
